The Position The responsibilities of the Analyst will be to complement the current and future strategic technology direction of the firm by supporting and deploying new applications used by attorneys and staff for legal practice management. The areas of focus include administration, maintenance and support of existing and implementation of new scalable, stable, flexible, extensible, and maintainable applications. The Analyst will have demonstrated success working on a variety of applications related projects. She/he will have a good working knowledge of methods and processes and a proven history of effective communication skills at all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal, technical and communications skills, as well as a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Qualifications 1+ year technical experience of administering, maintaining and supporting iManage Document Management System is a must Experience integrating iManage with Microsoft and other 3rd party desktop applications (e.g., Word, Innova, etc.) Minimum of 5 years experience providing 2nd level IT support to user community within applications Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills Technical experience with Innova, Nuance Power PDF, pdfDocs, Payne Metadata Assistant and various applications commonly used in a legal or professional environment is a plus Certified Document Management Systems Professional for iManage or eDOCS is a plus Proficiency in MS SQL Server and Structured Query Language is a plus Administrator-level experience with OpenText's eDOCS is a plus Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, time management and customer relations skills Ability to interpret computer system concepts into user terms and vice versa Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field Responsibilities Provide Subject Matter Expertise in Document Management Systems - iManage Work and eDOCS Provide second level IT support to user community for various custom and vendor applications Responsible for installing, upgrading, testing and deploying Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and custom desktop and web-based applications Support other IT teams in regards to modifications needed for firm applications and automated processes. Assist in the creation of documentation to support current and future applications Participate in internal projects as assignedSalary Range: NAMinimum Qualification5 - 7 years
