The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Our guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively.

This is an opportunity to join the Payment, Virtual Solutions & Innovation (PVSI) Compliance organization leading the compliance policy implementation program. The Compliance Consultant will be responsible for overall program execution to include leading policy impact analysis, managing policy implementation, ensuring deadlines are met, and communicating across PVSI Compliance and the PVSI businesses.

This position includes the following responsibilities:
Develop and implement ongoing oversight of the PVSI Compliance Policy Implementation procedures
Facilitate impact assessments for regulatory compliance policies
Facilitate and contribute to the compliance policy and procedure development and review process
Oversight of Corporate policy and procedure exception process for PVSI Compliance
Develop policy and procedure awareness communications
Develop policy implementation metrics & reporting



Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both; or 6+ years of IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience, of which 3+ years must include direct experience in compliance, operational risk management, or a combination of both

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Compliance experience
  • Project management experience



Other Desired Qualifications
  • 5+ years in compliance risk, business process management or financial services
  • 3 year must include direct experience in compliance.
  • Degree from an accredited 4-year undergraduate academic institution
  • Proven experience managing a policy implementation program
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
