: To provide administrative support to the claims department. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviews scanned documents for key data.
- Researches and processes electronic mail; modifies documents to correct claim and/or responsible party.
- Adheres to Best Practices and follows indexing protocol.
- Maintains service level agreements and meets production goals.
QUALIFICATIONSEducation & Licensing
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supports the organization's quality program(s).
High School Diploma or GED required.Experience
One (1) year of general office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Claims experience preferred. Skills & Knowledge
- Oral and written communication skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Analytical and interpretive skills
- Organizational skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
