Responsibilities: Cold calling, appointment setting, attending meetings Creating and maintaining prospective business relationships with partners of law firms and C level executives of corporations ( CFO, COO, GC etc.) Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources Qualifying leads from, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc. Exploring new ways to attract prospective customers Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information Closing sales and working with client through the closing process Requirements and Qualifications: Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people on a daily basis Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers Ability to set and meet goals that are aligned for success Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories Self-motivated and self-directed Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team 3+ years Sales experience preferred Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred We Offer: Competitive base salary plus commissions Quarterly sales contests Residual commissions Excellent sales training and sales support through the entire sales process Access to RVM s industry subject matter experts for qualified meetings Career path for committed sales professionals RVM rewards successful sales executives with the ability to host private client events to enhance current or prospective client relationships 401K Health, Dental, Optical Insurance Cell phone provided Paid vacation
