Part of this job is anticipating what people will need so you can deliver quickly and efficiently when requests are made. You are able to juggle and triage multiple responsibilities and work quickly to meet time sensitive deadlines. You are a real people person. This job requires a green thumb for people and excellent customer service skillsYou are eager to learn (and learn quickly). You are open to new ideas and able to dig in to find the answers. We will ask you to just run with a lot of new (and sometimes unexpected) tasks. You are an excellent communicator. You communicate comfortably and articulately with clients, staff and vendors and have strong writing skills to create clear agreements with clients and partners and communicate process with internal team.
Key Responsibilities: Manage our client contracts process; work directly with clients and executive staff to draft and review contractual documents during sales/negotiation cycle and throughout project delivery. Provide support around contract negotiations, contract compliance and Purchase Order management. Collaborate with project sponsors to manage project budget and ensure contracts are in place for project extensions and expansions. Provide Operations support to ensure appropriate agreements and contracts are in place with employees, agencies and independent contractors. Assist with policy documentation, as needed. Re-vamp and implement new systems, processes and tools to accommodate company growth and expansion. This will include integrating systems and tools with newly acquired companies and handling the complexities that working with employees, partners and clients in new states bring on the contracts and operations side of the business. Provide additional support to Business Operations functions, as needed. This may include project budget tracking (as it informs contract extensions) and supporting the client invoicing function to assure we are meeting contractual obligations around payment terms.
