The Oracle SaaS Complianceteam responsible for securing privacy and compliance for the enterprise-gradesoftware services on behalf of Oracles 25,000 customers. Responsible formanaging the portfolio of enterprise grade certifications processing over 60billion transactions per day. Develops and executes multi-year strategiesdesigned to maintain and expand the certification posture of Oracles SaaSservices. Partners closely with peers, developers, and customers to ensure ourSaaS products continue to comply with ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, SOC 1,SOC 2, PCIDSS, HIPAA, FedRAMP, IRAP, GDPR and similar.

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to own and drive a number of tooling programsand areas for the SaaS Compliance team.Responsibilities may include, but not be limited to, creating and drivinga program to move audit tactical execution into a ticketing system (GRC tool), assistingwith team rhythm of business, project leadership for other key initiatives.Applicants should be comfortable withambiguity, scoping and driving projects with minimal oversight, and thematurity to work with executives and drive influence as needed.

Youll plan, schedule,and monitor projects from inception through delivery, organizing cross-teamactivities that balance both business and technical needs. Business needscan change rapidly, so youll need to stay connected with both internal andexternal dependencies to ensure a high-quality and on-time delivery. Priorexperience overseeing multi-function project teams with varying technical expertise(Developers, Engineers) is a must. You will need the ability to provideleadership to subject matter experts and collaborate with customers and developstrategies and technical solutions of high business value.Youll need to be good at defining right sizeprocesses, developing solutions, sufficient level of technical background, anddriving adoption across the organization.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science,Electrical/Hardware Engineering or related field and experience

5 years managing large scale technical programs spanning multipleteams and organizations

3 years managing large cross organization projects

2 years negotiating contracts, schedules, and requirements withexternal teams

Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

Excellent judgment in influence for project roadmap direction,features, and priorities

Excellent judgment and customer focus

Experience with executive level and team communication

Experience managing software and/or hardware development

Preferred Qualifications:

Experiencewith compliance and compliance frameworks

Experiencewith Agile / Scrum /Kanban Certified Scrum Master a plus

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
