The Oracle SaaS Complianceteam responsible for securing privacy and compliance for the enterprise-gradesoftware services on behalf of Oracles 25,000 customers. Responsible formanaging the portfolio of enterprise grade certifications processing over 60billion transactions per day. Develops and executes multi-year strategiesdesigned to maintain and expand the certification posture of Oracles SaaSservices. Partners closely with peers, developers, and customers to ensure ourSaaS products continue to comply with ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, SOC 1,SOC 2, PCIDSS, HIPAA, FedRAMP, IRAP, GDPR and similar.
We are looking for a ProgramManager to own and drive a number of projects and areas for the SaaSCompliance team.Responsibilities mayinclude, but not be limited to, assisting with team rhythm of business, projectleadership for projects like moving SaaS Services to OCI, researching andimproving on the documentation management for compliance, driving critical,short term customer critical escalations and projects.Applicants should be comfortable withambiguity, scoping and driving projects with minimal oversight, and thematurity to work with executives and drive influence as needed.
Youllplan, schedule, and monitor projects from inception through delivery,organizing cross-team activities that balance both business and technical needs. Business needs can change rapidly, so youll need to stay connected with bothinternal and external dependencies to ensure a high-quality and on-timedelivery. Youll need to be good at defining right size processes,developing solutions, and driving adoption across the organization.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science,Electrical/Hardware Engineering or related field and experience
5+ years managing large scale technical programs spanning multipleteams and organizations
3+ years managing large cross organization projects
2+ years negotiating contracts, schedules, and requirements withexternal teams
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent judgment in influence for project roadmap direction,features, and priorities
Excellent judgment and customer focus
Experiencemanaging software and/or hardware development
