You will lead the ongoing strategy, design, and administration of global compensation programs and manage all compensation programs both domestically and internationally. You will act as an internal consultant and strategic business advisor to an internal leadership team and other internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, tax, and regulatory compliance organizations, make recommendations, and influence the firm s direction towards reward programs to meet current and future business needs. You will ensure pay programs support the organization's strategic objectives, identify solutions and opportunities that leverage current industry trends, and help the firm to maintain their best in class outlook on total rewards. You will present, influence, and advise executives on compensation matters, interface and be credible at the executive level, and create and drive a cost-effective employee value proposition (EVP).
