MKS is seeking an in-house Associate Corporate Counsel to join its global Legal Department. The successful candidate will report to the Company’s Associate General Counsel, Securities and Corporate Governance, and will have responsibility for a broad range of matters, primarily focused on securities work, corporate governance, and subsidiary management as well as providing overall support to other projects involving the internal Legal team. The expectation is that securities, corporate governance and subsidiary management matters will account for approximately 75% of this position’s time, with the remainder spread across other general legal matters.
