Responsibilities: oServes as a key client contact by identification of, planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional risk management projects oProven ability to drive and support a book of business that provides excellent, relevant services to the market oProven ability to recruit, train, and develop professionals oResponsible for all phases of the engagement, including execution of the project deliverables, communications with the project team, staffing requirements, job planning, and scheduling oManages relationship with client-side project members to facilitate project fulfillment oExercises independent thinking skills by making decisions related to engagements to include dynamic problem solving, risk assessment, quality control, and data and information evaluation oIdentification of significant emerging issues that impact our client base oResponsible for leading multiple project teams oResponsible for the performance and promotion of staff oServes as a key member in practice leadership oHighly Proficient verbal and written English communication skills; ability to communicate effectively oProfessional demeanor towards duties and responsibilities, particularly with regard to independence, professional ethics, and the exercise of professional judgment oMust be reliable and able to meet deadlines oStrong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills #LI-BP QualificationsoBA or BS in Business, Accounting, or related field required, Master's Degree preferred o10+ years of public accounting or related consulting experience required o8+ years of professional level project management experience required oGlobal financial accounting experience is preferred oRetail or insurance industry experience is preferred oSEC reporting experience required; internal audit/control experience preferred oCPA certification required oThorough working knowledge of MS Office required: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook oKnowledge of Database Software Systems preferred (i.e. Microsoft Access) oThorough knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures on manual and automated systems required oWillingness to travel requiredSalary Range: NAMinimum Qualification11 - 15 years
