The ideal candidate will preferably hold an Advanced degree or Paralegal certificate and must be bilingual in English and Mandarin
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in gathering pertinent data, documents, and records, and with case management, calendaring, and preparation for hearings; assist with the preparation and filing of petitions, including drafting, proofreading, editing, and fact-checkingPrepare EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2, PERM, family-based petitions, I-485, H-1B, L-1A, and E-2 applicationsDraft responses to RFEs, NOIDs and extension requestsPerform research in both internal and external databases; analyze and summarize findings to better prepare attorneys in answering legal questionsResearch on periodic changes in immigration policies and regulationsCommunicate with attorneys, clients, and consultants on different legal mattersCreate and deliver legal training to business & marketing teamsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Advanced degree or Paralegal certificate a plusStrong writing and verbal communication skills in both English and MandarinStrong analytical skills and detail-orientedAbility to prioritize and handle a fast-paced environmentPunctual and reliableBilingual in English and Mandarin is required* The salary listed in the header is an estimate based on salary data for similar jobs in the same area.
