Consultant for the Records Management team. Experience with electronic records management, supports legal department in the processing of legal holds, governs and supports process for Corporate Box Records.Responsibilities* Work with Procurement to review new Contract Engagements for Risk assessment related to Records Management* Work with Management to develop and execute departmental strategy and annual objectives* May modify procedures or processes and undertake fact gathering and investigation activity to monitor the effectiveness of implementation within area of responsibility* Contributes to on-going consultation to internal and/or external parties in an effort to develop, audit and enforce regulations policies and procedures* Use modern approaches and technology to identify company records in a variety of different sources* Ensure those records are being reviewed and retained appropriately, and help the business eliminate ROT (Redundant, Outdated, and Trivial) from our existing environment.* In addition to working with business partners to find creative ways to educate the workforce so our ROT doesn t continue to build up going forwardBasic Qualifications* 5 years of related experience* 1 year of Enterprise Records Management Experience* Prior experience working in a regulated industry* Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the futurePreferred Qualifications* 7 years of related experience* 3 years of Enterprise Records Management Experience preferred* Bachelor's Degree* Experience in the financial services or insurance industries preferred Associated topics: company, compliance office, corporate, corporate attorney, courtroom, internal, lawyer, legal, legal affairs, legal department
