The Contract Compliance Analyst is responsible for the monthly/quarterly/annual compliance of customer contracts. These contracts include, but are not limited to, sales, pricing, rebates, for various customers such as hospital system Integrated Delivery Networks and GPO s. This position will work closely with Contracts, Divisional FP&A, and Enterprise and Divisional Sales Teams to ensure proper reporting and monitoring of contract performance requirements. This position will be under direct supervision of the Senior Manager, FP&A - Enterprise Selling. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Interpret and analyze measurement data for contracts and pricing at various levels (e.g. Division, Sales Channel/Franchise, EED, IDN, etc.). Timely communicate contracted sales data per contract requirements, send notifications of contract expiry and compliance status to customers. Responsible for compliance measurement activities for all Enterprise contracts. Partner with Sales Operations team members in compiling performance information at a contract level for use in Quarterly Business Reviews with customers. Assist the team with contract performance level reporting/dashboarding. Periodically review contracts set up in our contract management tool for completeness and accuracy. Ongoing maintenance of our compliance related tools. Develop/update job related work programs as needed. Other tasks and projects as assigned. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this position. Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 2 years experience in data mining/manipulation and data validation skills, and data reporting, utilizing Excel (intermediate features), Cognos, Oracle, MS Access. Possess a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device data and previous knowledge of industry sales data best practices. Very high attention to detail and quality control is imperative. Must have a process improvement mindset and be willing to embrace change. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks. Must function independently and possess strong organizational skills. Previous experience with contract management software/tools are a plus (e.g. Model N Looker and Compass). Ability to work well as part of a high performing team.
