Provide efficient, accurate and timely administrative and management support to contribute to the success of the HHC Legal Department by performing a variety of duties such as those that follow.
Assist in the management of contracts, including clinical and non-clinical contracts by ensuring compliance with internal processes and by performing the initial review of those contracts. Track and report on key metrics related to non-clinical contract review.
All other matters as assigned.
Participate in activities dealing with sensitive and confidential issues and information involving legal matters or other Legal Department or system issues.
Suggests changes to processes to meet changing needs.
Work effectively as a team member within the Legal Department and with clients to provide quality service through communication, cooperation and collaboration.
Qualifications Education: Minimum of two years of college required. Additional education preferred
Experience: Minimum of five years of relevant experience with at least two years of contract management experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products, NetDocuments, Ntracts, Sharepoint, Meditract and PeopleSoft.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Flexible and solutions-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
Proven analytical problem solver
Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
High degree of confidentiality.
