Position Summary:

Provide efficient, accurate and timely administrative and management support to contribute to the success of the HHC Legal Department by performing a variety of duties such as those that follow.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of contracts, including clinical and non-clinical contracts by ensuring compliance with internal processes and by performing the initial review of those contracts. Track and report on key metrics related to non-clinical contract review.
  • All other matters as assigned.
  • Participate in activities dealing with sensitive and confidential issues and information involving legal matters or other Legal Department or system issues.
  • Suggests changes to processes to meet changing needs.
  • Work effectively as a team member within the Legal Department and with clients to provide quality service through communication, cooperation and collaboration.
  • Qualifications

    Education: Minimum of two years of college required. Additional education preferred

    Experience: Minimum of five years of relevant experience with at least two years of contract management experience.

    Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products, NetDocuments, Ntracts, Sharepoint, Meditract and PeopleSoft.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexible and solutions-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proven analytical problem solver
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
  • High degree of confidentiality.
