Develop, implement and manage programs that support a strong culture of ethics, privacy and compliance throughout our global operations.. Oversee implementation of ethics and privacy policies and continuously evolve policies to align with changes in the business.. Collaborate with other functions within the organization, including risk, information security, finance, human resources and internal audit, to address compliance, privacy and ethics issues.. Coordinate with ENGIE colleagues on all compliance, privacy and ethics activities, ensuring that ENGIE Impact's practices are aligned with corporate standards and expectations.. Assist business and functional organizations in identifying and implementing controls to mitigate compliance, privacy and ethics risks.
