The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in:

• Transactional law
• Fepresenting business entities of all types
• Handling varied transactions for buyers, sellers, investors and business owners, including leasing and real estate sales and acquisitions

The candidate should also be experienced in contract drafting, including entity organizational documents.
