Vice President, Internal Advisory Platform Sales Desk

The Vice President of Internal Advisory Platform Sales is responsible for
building out and leading the internal advisory platform sales desk supporting
our intermediary clients (Broker/Dealers, Banks, RIAs, and Family Offices)
which utilize our Fidelity managed account platform offering. This role will
be responsible for building out a centralized, phone-based team of associates
dedicated to providing managed account platform expertise to our intermediary
clients and driving platform adoption, education and managed accounts sales.

**The Team**

As fee-based advisory services become the dominate financial services business
model Fidelity Institutional is expanding our offering suite and launching a
dedicated Investment Advisor and managed account offering to support the needs
of our intermediary clients (Banks, Broker/Dealers, RIAs, and Family Offices).
The Vice President of Internal Advisory Platform Sales role reports into the
Fidelity managed accounts distribution team which mission is to promote the
adoption of our managed account offerings across our intermediary customer
base. This role is core to this strategic initiative. The internal sales
desk will provide centralized platform consulting and sales support to
participating intermediaries. This desk will provide single point of contact
support via dedicated 800 number during operating hours to all intermediaries
utilizing our managed account platform offering. The Vice President will lead
this effort, build out the team, establish operating model and drive ongoing
platform adoption and education efforts. The role is fundamental to the
success of our advisory platform offering and will work closely with our
field-based resources and investment consulting associates in supporting
intermediary sales. The role will also collaborate extensively with Managed
Account Product Management, Client Experience, Relationship Management, and
other business partners.

**The Expertise You Have **

* Bachelors degree required. MBA preferred.
* CFP, CIMA preferred
* Minimum five years advisory wealth management practice / sales required
* Advisory platform sales management experience required
* Series 7, 63, 65/66, 24 required
* Financial intermediary channel experience preferred (RIAs, Banks, and Broker/Dealers)

* You have the expertise, confidence and skill to assist intermediary clients in utilizing the managed account platform to deliver impactful solutions for their clients
* You are self-starter, independently oriented and are thrilled by prospect of working on strategic initiatives and thrive working in fast pace, client focused environment which requires adaptability mindset
* You will develop, implement and refine internal sales desk operating model (staffing, technology, operating procedures).

* You develop and lead an impactful Internal Advisory Platform Sales desk supporting intermediaries using our managed account capabilities.
* You deliver value to our customers by effectively sharing your dedicated subject matter expertise and best practice guidance on the entire suite of advisory platform capabilities (including integrations with key advisory workflows, deep knowledge of advisory programs, services, tools, and investment product offerings).
* You are motivated by success as measured by platform adoption statistics (proposal volume, platform sales, successful introduction of various platform offerings) and are energized by challenges associated with introducing new advisory solution to the marketplace
* You will be coordinating with broader Fidelity Managed Account Platform Distribution team to deliver outstanding sales support to our managed account platform clients and collaborating with key business partners
* You diligently maintain highest level of compliance to all regulatory, business and compliance policies.
