As Process Leader-Revenue Compliance
Perform detailed reviews and analysis of Master Agreements and Contracts to ensure that revenue is properly recorded and documentation is in compliance with policy.
Lead/participate in discussions with Sales, Segment/Product Leaders, Relationship Managers/Specialists and HQ departments in regard to complex contracts, recommending solutions to ensure that product offerings, pricing, terms, and variances are structured to the mutual advantage of the customer and D&B.
Perform analysis on products to support the appropriateness of revenue recognition treatment.
Lead/participate in projects from inception to conclusion with minimal guidance and provide insight into actionable financial information that is used to drive financial results.
Provide assessment of issues, perspective on results and recommendations.
Coach/train less experienced team members (but with no supervisory or management responsibility).
Master s degree in Finance or Accounting or a related field of study (foreign equivalent degree acceptable) and 3 years of financial analysis experience. (Would also accept a Bachelor s degree plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate, progressively responsible experience).
Must include 3 years of experience with:revenue compliance and/or revenue recognition;working in partnership with business teams (, product, legal);revenue recognition software ASC 606 Accounting;US GAAP and SOX accounting policies and standards.
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Demonstrated communication, organizational, interpersonal and analytical problem-solving skills.
