Client Relationship Sales Executive - Boston, MACandidates may be based in the Boston, New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago or D.C. office. We are seeking a talented and experienced Client Relationship Executive to join our major, AmLaw 200 client s successful team of seasoned, market facing, business developers. In addition, if your depth of relationships and networks is incredibly strong, your passion high and your motivation to win is unmistakably your signature, this position is for you.Job Requirements Proven success with outside sales Legal industry, Big Four (or other major accounting firm), private equity or consulting firm external business development experience preferred Bachelor s degree At least ten (10) years of related work experience or equivalent educational experience, specifically working at a senior level, leading account teams and building strategic account programs within preferred areas of tax, private equity, employee benefits Demonstrated track record of multi-year, multi-million dollar goal attainment Proven leader who coaches teams to high levels of performance Expert level client engagement, remediation and management skills. Capable of handling all client executive levels across a deep variety of client situations Able to create, evolve and refine commercial best practices, processes, structures and motivating compensation systems Strong ability to work successfully in a partner structured, matrixed environment Experience with Account Based Marketing and Insight Selling techniques and technologies Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities Outstanding attitude and work ethic to match fabric of our firm Desire to collaborate Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills This position will engage the market directly to significantly open up new opportunities and foster growth with existing clients. You will have the ability to leverage an incredible client events platform to support growing strategic relationships with our top clients. You will also be joining a firm with some of the best practitioners in the world who are providing our clients with incredible service that supports the strength of our brand.The role will include the need to develop internal relationships with our deep bench of Partners in order to foster cross-sell opportunities while developing strategies for cross-practice market penetration. You will be joining an elite, professional team who are helping innovate the next generation commercial model for the legal industry.As a Client Relationship Executive, You Will Have deep experience in the legal industry professional of services, or with perhaps deep industry knowledge in an area applicable to our firm Work to raise the level of client loyalty and client advocacy in the Firm s top 100 accounts while driving growth and deepening our relationship with broader sets of buyers Consult with practice group leaders to identify opportunities for existing client and business expansion, often facilitating market development thinking at the intersection of different practice area solutions Have an active, robust and relevant external network of purchasers of legal services or a proven record and ability of accessing these key influencers Have proven professional services, external business development and relationship building experience to engage the market directly and significantly open up new opportunities for the firm Analyze performance metrics for client development initiatives and communicate findings and recommendations to senior management Stay active on professional development, refining and growing yours and the team s skills Have specific focus around your own targets of client development process, including responding to inquiries from practice group leaders, connecting cross-practice area experts, and assigning support resources when necessary If you are interested and qualified for this position, please send your resume immediately to Katie Leonard (Senior Associate, Daley and Associates): ...@daleyaa.com
