Summary: The Commercial Operations HCP Contracting temporary employee is a key contributor to the team responsible for providing proactive support to the Regeneron Global Clinical Development (GCD) and Research and Development (R&D) organizations. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for assisting the Associate Manager of HCP Contracting in reviewing Needs Assessment Forms, completing Health Care Professional contract templates and processing payments to HCPs.
Assist Associate Manager of Commercial contracts with reviewing and managing the Needs Assessment process for the contracting of health Care professionals and/or technical experts as consultants to Regeneron
Assist Associate Manager of Commercial Contracting with drafting HCP contracts using pre-approved templates
Monitor contract status and credentialing requests
Prepare and submit payment request packets to Accounts Payable, while ensuring all supporting documentation is included and compliant with Regeneron's policies
Review all consultant fee for service and out-of-pocket expenses to ensure compliance with contract and adherence to Regeneron's policies and procedures
Ensure timely payment for all expert consultants including any out-of-pocket expenses
Collect and consolidate required close-out documents Requirements:
Bachelors degree required.
2 + years of \"progressive\" industry/relevant professional experience.
Outstanding customer service skills with proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, healthcare professionals and field-based employees.
Experience of working in the pharmaceutical, biotech and/or biologics industry is a plus.
Detail-orientated with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Able to handle confidential information, exercising good judgment with discretion and attention to pertinent detail(s).
A self-starter who demonstrates the ability to take initiative, think and act pro-actively, to ensure process adherence along with capture of all required data and documentation.
