Job Title: Contract Management Prof. 4 Location: Orlando, FL, 32786 Duration: 12 Months Schedule: 8:30 - 5:00 Description: Experience with implementation of complex equipment Supply Contracts is important, including experience with drafting contract and change order documents to complex contracts, settlement agreements, claim management and defense, dispute resolution process. Experience with financial instruments including letters of credit and bonds. Experience in Power Generation and Gas Turbine Equipment contracts including customer negotiations is a plus. BS/BA degree required. Law degree preferred, but not required. Job Tasks: Summarize and prepare risk summaries for review and approval by management. Write, review, analyze, modify and negotiate contractual documents, claims, settlement agreements, confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, changes to existing agreements for service and equipment, and other contractual terms and conditions to achieve acceptable risk levels. Skills: Detailed oriented with focus on contractual analysis (including identification of risks) Strong sense of urgency in a fast paced project environment. Able to communicate clearly and concisely with a range of associates as well as senior executives. Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups. The ability to socialize ideas, make recommendations and gather team consensus Excellent communication, writing, meeting facilitation skills. Flexibility and willingness for domestic and international travel - up to 15%. Strong understanding of diversity and intercultural differences (experience of operating in diverse and international environments). Strong negotiation skills, detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects at the same time Analyses and comments on tenders, contracts and contract related documents and gives proactive advice. Supports LoA process and checks compliance with other internal guidelines and / or processes. Participates in contract negotiations and in formulation/implementation of negotiation strategy. Ensures Project Execution. Ensure adherence to internal standards and compliance with external regulations. Develops, implements and regularly reviews the claim strategy with regards to customers, sub-suppliers and partners together with project management. Captures internal data and prepares presentations and analyses. Contributes to standardization of contracts and improvement processes. \"Creates\" Is expected to adopt existing concepts, methodologies, etc. in order to create and open up new ways of approaching and fulfilling specific internal and external client requests or project requirements. \"Senior Professional\"Positions which need senior professional expertise, with extensive functional, commercial and/or technical knowledge in an area of competence.
