Estee Lauder Companies is hiring for a well-rounded Enterprise Governance Lead who will report to Global Head of ECR Governance, Regulatory & Compliance on the Enterprise Cybersecurity and Risk (ECR) Governance, Regulatory & Compliance Team. This individual will govern and enhance policies, standards and governance structures across the enterprise and develop affiliated procedures to support these processes. Further, heshe will establish and execute the strategy to validate adherence to policies.
Success in this position will require the Lead to establish strong relationships across the enterprise, including at the executive level, develop and execute strategies and supporting processes, establish metrics and reporting to measure success, and independently identify risk through undefined processes or ways that are not predetermined.

Directly responsible for developing the strategy and structure for procedures and controls to assure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements as well as good business practices

Establish and oversee the processes to govern, improve consistency for, and monitor adherence to policies and standards

Ensure policies are reviewed and updated regularly with policy stakeholders to drive consistency and improve content in policy documents

Establishes himherthemselves as a subject matter expert on relevant regulatory requirements, control frameworks, industry best practices and trends as they relate to corporate policies and standards

Oversees validation on identified policy requirement monitoring activities to ensure policies have adequate governance, evidence of execution, and appropriate escalation

Establish and chair a Policy and Standards Review Board and supporting processes to ensure policies and standards support the needs of Estee Lauder while meeting established governance requirements

Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to present and provide insightful and forward-looking reporting

Maintain expertise on security trends through training, research and development to identify risks, process improvements, and mitigate potential exposures

Provides effective challenge to the business where appropriate

Performs and supports detailed data analysis to include trending and issue identification, as needed

Manages work across organizational lines to achieve results and manages competing priorities

Develop routine reports and action plans and deliver to executive management

Manage Ad Hoc request from leadership & operations team

Ability to guide and foster in a team environment

Lead change and drive engagement and collaboration with core team and content ownersstakeholders

Minimum 5 years' experience in Governance and Policy Management with the ability to create, enhance and govern a structured program; create, write and review policy documents

Excellent professional communication skills with the ability to articulate business needs to all stakeholders verbally and written, with a high degree of confidentiality adhering to company's privacy standards and policies

Knowledge of Cyber Security industry concepts, practices, procedures and regulations

Prior experience working with and influencing executives, a commitment to collaboration and teamwork, and the ability to influence, be strategic, and results-focused

Advanced proficiency in Excel, proficient use of MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio and Windows

Foster relationship management skills to build trust and collaboration among stakeholders

Project or Process management experience

Excellent analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities

Strong organizational and administrative skills
