We are currently seeking an Partnership Associate to develop and manage important business relationships with ESIS clients in the Dallas, Philadelphia or New York regions. This position in ESIS Partnership Services provides an opportunity for the candidate to join a fast paced, growing organization bringing their knowledge of the property and casualty claims industry to positively manage business relationships and impact client retention.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
1.Contribute to the growth and profitability of ESIS by managing the retention of ESIS clients by revenue and unit.
2.Promote client expansion through the education of ESIS products and services
3.Accountability for renewal of client programs
Account Management & Business Acumen
4.Acts as a single point of contact for clients to respond to questions, concerns, and problems. Ability to learn how to leverage strategy and relationship to resolve issues,
5.Complete understanding of all ESIS products and services and how they are best deployed for specific clients
6.Assist in the development of key deliverables to clients such as file reviews, loss run management, meeting coordination
7.Proactively communicate with internal and external business partners such as client, broker, carriers, underwriting, and field support operations
8.Demonstrate proactive planning of the client relationship.
9.Execute on tactical initiatives within agreed upon timeframes and expectations
10.Identify opportunities for client program efficiencies, respond to questions or concerns, resolve problems in a timely and effective manner
11.Monitor the completeness and accuracy of data in Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
12.Support the contracting process
13.Expertise in the ESIS risk management information system and the production of reports based on client defined criteria
14.Ensure that renewal process of accounts is accurate and timely
15.Focus on training/ education and applicable industry designations
16.Identify career development plan through ESIS University
