Kelly Legal Managed Services (KLMS) is seeking an experienced Contracts Paralegal or Contracts Manager to support the legal department by providing contract drafting support; contract administration; legal research and analysis; contract database management and maintenance. This is a permanent position in Wheaton, Illinois. Job Responsibilities: • Assist General Counsel in a variety of Legal and Business efforts; • Develop and maintain department contract files and databases; • Draft and revise standard contract documents that are consistent with ACTIV’s policies and objectives; • Route documents to appropriate parties for review and signature; • Assist in identifying contractual milestones, tracking vendor and licensee contractual obligations, ensuring that all obligations are met within the contracted time frame; • Work with finance department as required; • Perform legal research as assigned. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree; • ABA accredited paralegal certificate preferred, but not required; • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in all aspects of contract management within a corporation or law firm; • Ability to manage multiple tasks and details simultaneously; • Must be a careful reader and meticulous drafter of contract language; • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including business writing; • General knowledge of contract law and licensing law preferred; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; • Previous experience in financial market data industry is desirable but not required.  Qualified Contracts Paralegals and Contracts Managers are encouraged to submit their resume, in Word format, for immediate consideration.
