Attorney - Contracts Kelly Legal Managed Services is seeing an Attorney with strong contact skills experience for an exciting in-house position in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities include preparing drafting and negotiating customer and vendor contracts, drafting non-disclosure agreements, drafting proposed board resolutions and participate in cross-border legal matters. Partnering with senior lawyers to provide guidance to internal clients on legal requirements and company policies that are overseen by the legal group. Assists team members in the creation of routine technical communication materials (policies & procedures, guidelines, presentations, messages). With assistance from senior staff, works with appropriate parties to negotiate simple or short-term contracts. Familiarity with the financial services sector. Requires some general supervision and or supervision to apply technical knowledge to our industry and markets. Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
