General Summary

The Analyst, Procurement Business Operations (Process) is responsible for measuring and monitoring the Source to Pay procurement processes to ensure compliance with set policies. The Analyst will be responsible for executing reports on a daily basis to monitor the health of the procurement process. The Analyst will be required to manipulate data from several source systems across various procurement operations and derive actionable tasks that will drive compliance and maintain the health of our procurement systems. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to work in a very tactical environment and will require the skills to think analytically.

This position reports to the head of Procurement Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the adherence to company policy including Sourcing policies, Purchasing policies, and Contract policies.
  • Support policy maintenance, education/training, compliance monitoring, and reporting activities.
  • Support source-to-pay process improvement and optimization projects.
  • Support financial reporting for the enabler program within Procurement.
  • Lead Procurement performance measurement activities, including the monitoring and reporting on KPIs and benchmarks.
  • Track and report on supplier performance through supplier scorecard process.
  • Track vendor compliance and invoice exceptions.
  • Support the development of the Procurement new employee onboarding program.
  • Support additional tasks that align to the strategy of the Procurement Business Operations team.
  • Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor?s Degree required. Education discipline in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or Finance desired.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience in Procurement preferred. Prior internship in relevant area is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across an organization and with external parties
  • An understanding of procurement processes and policies a plus.
  • Experience with SAP MM and/or SAP Ariba Procurement suite of products a plus.
  • Must have excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel a must
  • Possesses good time management and prioritization skills.
  • Naturally a self-starter and very results-oriented
