The candidate should be experienced with pleading, motion and discovery practice, including e-discovery. Experience with international arbitration is beneficial. Must be admitted and in good standing as a member of the New York State Bar. Current or prior employment with an AmLaw 100 firm and judicial clerkship experience a plus.
