Senior Counsel provides advanced legal advice and servicesto the leadership of the Company, its businesses and its resource units.
Candidate has significant experience with complex corporatetransactions and sophisticated commercial work with strong knowledge of the associatedlaws and regulations (e.g., FAR, DFAR, intellectual property, trade compliance,CFIUS, Hart Scott Rodino). Candidate hasa proven track record of successfully negotiating and documenting transactions withvarious customers, including aerospace and automotive OEMs and defense primecontractors and successfully supporting clients in the resolution of disputes withsuch customers.Main Responsibilities:
