The work:

  • Helpteamsdesign and roll outdata-drivenworkforce strategiesthat help companies use everything fromroboticsand AI to full time and temporary workers to maximize their capabilities

  • Assistclientsinunderstandinghowrapidchanges indigital technologiesaffecttheirworkforce and human/machine collaboration

  • Work with clients to spot thechanging skillstheir workers will need

  • Helpclientsbuildagile organizationsthat will succeed incontinuous digital transformation

  • Support workforce planningusinganalysisthattakes into accountdisruptivetechnology and adaptive sourcing strategies

  • Help Accenture with business development including proposals and client relationships?

  • Build our T&O practice by helping with market research, Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, and knowledge management

  • Be ready to build those air miles with travelin the USas needed

  • Qualifications

    Here?s what you need:?

  • At least3yearsof external consulting experience or other relevant experience related to successful delivery of Future Workforce solutions

  • At least 3 years of experience in2of the followingprocesses:?

  • Talent Strategy

  • Job Design

  • Adaptive Workforce Strategy & Design

  • Talent Sourcing Strategy

  • Capability/Talent Assessment

  • Rapid Workforce Reskilling

  • Organizational Design

  • ABachelor?s Degree?

  • Bonus points if:

  • You?ve got at least3 years?experienceinthe followingareas:?

  • Workforce Analytics

  • Implement a digitallearning strategy to keep workforce current on relevant skills and knowledge

  • Liquid Workforce

  • Proven ability to deliver results in ambiguous environments

  • Proven ability to work in team-oriented environments

  • Understanding of industry/workforce trends and drivers for Products clients (Retail, Consumer Goods, Industrial, Travel, Life Sciences)?
